We prepare a detailed quotation based on your confirmed specifications. The quote includes all costs—sampling, production, packaging, and shipping options. Once you approve, we sign the contract and collect a deposit to begin sampling.
We have a sampling team dedicated to turning your approved specifications into real prototypes. Your samples will be sent to you for a physical inspection. The average time to get to one round of revisions is 2-3 days. Please see our expediting options below which can reduce your lead time by 30-70% or more in some cases. Once your samples have been approved, we then begin sourcing the materials. We have a panel of 220+ fabric suppliers at our disposal, meaning we can quickly and easily obtain any main fabric, lining, hardware, zips, threads, labels or packaging materials that may be required. Material swatches or images can be sent to you for approval. *Custom fabric orders or specialty materials may require 7-10 days for sourcing.*
Over 500 workers of our automated production lines will start to cut, sew and assemble your order. In-line quality control is performed at every stage in the production process – cutting, sewing, finishing and hardware attachment. Please note that production timelines depend on the size and quantity of the order. *Orders exceeding 10,000 units or with complex construction may require 25-30 days.*
Our Quality Control Team continuously inspects products throughout the manufacturing process to identify any issues before it is too late. Upon completion of production, we carry out a thorough examination on all bags to assure the proper stitching, accurate dimensions, correct fasteners, labels and other hardware, also the exceptional overall craftsmanship of the product.
